Position Overview


The role involves overseeing scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and managing all technical activities to ensure project precision and quality from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include business development, leading projects, and managing project execution.

You will be tasked with planning and coordinating engineering initiatives to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include maintaining project standards by researching compliance regulations, formulating project implementation strategies, and modifying specifications as needed.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Ensure adherence to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to confirm that projects meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
Perform comprehensive quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, etc.) and report on project status.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams and other participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Identify technical issues and problems, trace them to their root causes, and work with managers and support staff to implement solutions.
Participate in meetings and carry out relevant reporting activities.
Create and modify specifications and design guidelines for new product lines, modifications, and enhancements.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager is required.

5 years of professional experience in a CNC Machining Process/Plant is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD software.
Advanced skills in MS Office.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
