Requirements:
  • DVM degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of veterinary practice, with at least 3 years in multi-site hospital leadership.
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-site management experience in an urgent care setting.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Public speaking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively.
  • Regulatory licensing across multiple states, including DEA and veterinary permits.
