Position Overview

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP and other accounting software
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create professional correspondence
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret financial reports
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to provide services that respect the cultural backgrounds and identities of clients
  • Sound judgment, courtesy, and tact in public interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Finance Executive, you will manage the daily financial operations of our organization. Your leadership will be vital in guiding our finance team and ensuring adherence to all financial regulations. You will be responsible for developing annual operating and capital budgets, seeking board approval as necessary.

Key responsibilities will include analyzing financial performance and cash flow projections, along with managing revenue contracts and leases. Your innovative approach will drive enhancements in departmental efficiency and the integration of advanced technologies in nonprofit financial management.
