Key Responsibilities- Review completed work for quality and accuracy, citing any issues that may impact the quality of the work.
- Collaborate with the On-site Team Auditor to create and report daily quality logs.
- Maintain a clear understanding of client guidelines and quality expectations.
- Direct project-related questions to the On-site Team Auditor.
- Report any security clean room policy violations to the On-site Team Auditor.
- Suggest opportunities for improvement to the On-site Team Auditor.
- Native-level proficiency in Urdu.
- Knowledge of grammar and writing systems associated with Urdu.
- Knowledge of colloquialisms, grammar, and linguistic idiosyncrasies unique to Urdu.
- Ability to identify patterns of commonality and concerns.
- Navigate situations effectively with professionalism and ease.
- Ability to learn and adapt to our client's style guide and written domain conventions.
- Strong research skills for accurate spelling of names, locations, and products.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Thoughtful communication among all levels, offering clear and timely feedback.
- Precise attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of client and industry clean room standards.
- 50 WPM typing speed preferred.
- Proficient on PC and Google Suite.
- Formal education at the secondary level in Urdu.
- Formal education at the post-secondary level in Urdu.
- Masters or Ph.D. studies in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or in Urdu.
