We are seeking a highly skilled Urdu Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Productive Playhouse INC. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of work completed on-site meets the highest standards set by our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review completed work, identifying and documenting any issues related to quality.
  • Collaborate with the On-site Team Auditor to create and maintain daily quality logs.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of client guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Direct project-related questions to the On-site Team Auditor.
  • Report any security clean room policy violations to the On-site Team Auditor.
  • Provide suggestions for quality improvements to the On-site Team Auditor.
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Urdu.
  • Knowledge of grammar and writing systems associated with Urdu.
  • Ability to identify patterns and concerns in language usage.
  • Strong research skills for accurate spelling of names, locations, and products.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with all levels of the team.
  • Precise attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Maintain continuous knowledge of client and industry clean room standards.
  • 50 WPM typing speed preferred.
  • Proficient in PC and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal education at the secondary level in Urdu.
  • Formal education at the post-secondary level in Urdu.
  • Masters or Ph.D. studies in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or Urdu.
