Malayalam Quality Control Reviewer

Job Summary

As the Malayalam On-Site Quality Control Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing work completed on-site to ensure it meets the quality standards set forth by the client. Your reliability and attention to detail play a key role in ensuring our team's quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Review completed work, citing all issues as they pertain to the quality of the work.
  • Create and report daily quality logs to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the client's guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Direct project-related questions to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager.
  • Report violations of security clean room policies, reporting violations to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager.
  • Suggest opportunities for improvements to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager.
Requirements
  • US work authorization (the company cannot provide sponsorship).
  • Able to commute to our office.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Fluent in Malayalam (you will be asked to take a language assessment).
  • Ability to understand a wide variety of Malayalam-speaking accents.
  • Must have previous professional experience working in the specified language.
  • Strongly preferred, formal education at the secondary level in the specified language.
  • Preferred, formal education at the post-secondary level in the specified language.
  • Preferred, Masters or Ph.D. studies in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or in the specified language.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID, or the ability to provide medical or religious documentation for exemption.
