Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the technical team in creating superior API solutions and Distributed Systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and offer guidance to team members.
  • Perform code and design evaluations to guarantee system reliability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate overall business success.
  • Drive technological advancements that contribute to financial growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in JavaScript, NodeJS, Java, Distributed Systems, APIs, and System Design & Architecture.
  • Experience in making technical decisions for scalable software systems, managing projects, and delegating tasks.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing orchestrator layers and APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development and systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring technical teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Certification in leadership or project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
