Department: Administrative Services

General Hours of Work: Daytime Monday - Friday, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.

Exempt/Non Exempt: Exempt

Supervisor: Executive Director

Position Overview: Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, this role is responsible for guiding the strategic vision, implementation, and management of clinical services within the organization. The position entails direct oversight of clinical department leaders and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A Master's degree in a Behavioral Science discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure in Minnesota as one of the following: LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LGSW, LISW, or CNSMH.
  • A minimum of four years of supervisory experience in mental health service delivery.
  • Exceptional supervisory, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services in alignment with the organization's policies and professional ethical standards.
  • Establish and maintain clinical procedures and documentation to comply with State and Federal regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, ethical codes, and relevant regulations, while staying informed about program requirements and reporting standards.
  • Act as the organization's Privacy Officer.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance processes, developing and monitoring compliance measures within the center.
  • Manage program content, evaluation, and contract compliance to meet client and agency needs.
  • Facilitate in-service training and professional development for staff to support ongoing service delivery.
  • Ensure all programs operate within the organization's financial framework.
  • Provide clinical supervision and maintain a small caseload to stay engaged with current practices.
  • Comply with all reporting requirements, including duty to warn and child protection protocols.
  • Be available for evening and weekend work as necessary.

Additional Duties:

  • Lead new program development and ongoing evaluations.
  • Provide consultation and educational services to community providers as needed.
  • Coordinate in-service training and manage staff development within budgetary constraints.
  • Travel as required for the position.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent travel to various facilities; ability to ambulate within departments and perform physical tasks as necessary.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Communication and Reasoning Skills:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and applying mathematical concepts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Competence in basic computer operations and proficiency in software applications.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

Work Environment:

  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases in a healthcare setting.
