Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the clinical quality, integrity, and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within a designated geography. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing appropriate provision, documentation, and billing of clinical services, as well as customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory policy, clinical practices guidelines, compliance, reimbursement, and documentation expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines
  • Oversee the collection and preparation of required budget information
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance with annual compliance and licensure requirements
  • Deliver patient care and/or clinical supervision to meet each patient's goals and needs

Requirements
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation
  • One year of management experience preferred
  • Current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice
