Job Overview

Are you a dedicated, trustworthy, and friendly individual with a strong commitment to excellence? If so, you may be the ideal candidate for the Housekeeping Supervisor role at Cambria Suites Pigeon Forge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate room assignments to Housekeepers and coordinate additional support for thorough cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure that all housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Verify that all cleaned rooms are inspected and accurately recorded in the management system.
  • Maintain a log of lost and found items and ensure secure storage of all supplies.
  • Oversee the timekeeping system for Housekeeping staff, ensuring accurate clock-ins and clock-outs.
  • Ensure sufficient linens are available for the evening Housekeeping team.
  • Assist in the training of new Housekeeping staff members.
  • Support the management in addressing performance issues with Housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure that all cleaned rooms meet established standards and comply with regulations.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints, escalating issues to the General Manager when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional guest service skills, including honesty, a positive demeanor, and a proactive approach to guest interactions.
  • Ability to take initiative and seek out tasks without waiting for direction.
  • General understanding of safety and security protocols.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Flexibility in leadership style to achieve team objectives.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Consent to a pre-employment National Crime Background check.
