Deliver outstanding customer service to our patrons and contributors while ensuring a tidy and organized shopping environment. Process each transaction with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the established dress code at all times.
- Efficiently manage the cash drawer, including opening, closing, and balancing, while following all monetary handling protocols.
- Gain proficiency in the Point of Sale system to complete transactions effectively within the first three months of employment.
- Keep the work area at the cash register and throughout the store clean and organized, which includes cleaning, arranging, and restocking as needed.
- Exhibit a friendly attitude, welcoming customers and offering assistance as required.
- Comply with all organizational policies regarding merchandise sales.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and display new items, striving to meet daily production targets.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule is essential.

Compensation:
Hourly wage is $13.00.

Minimum Qualifications:
The following requirements represent the minimum education, experience, certifications, skills, and/or abilities necessary for this position.
Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding English for effective communication with customers, management, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Point of Sale system and other software utilized by the organization.
- Ability to provide accurate change.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the duties of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.
While executing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, handle or feel, and communicate verbally. The employee frequently walks and reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
The work setting for this position is a retail environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The area may be dusty and experience temperature variations based on weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to outdoor elements. This is a Full-Time or Part-Time position that requires weekend and evening availability.
