Join Our Team as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is a leading national defense firm seeking an experienced Arizona licensed attorney with a strong background in Medical Malpractice/Long Term Care litigation defense. Our Scottsdale, AZ office is looking for a seasoned litigator to handle files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare motions, covering hearings, and preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as well.
  • Handle files open to close, with a focus on medical records analysis and drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery, as well as draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
  • Regularly attend court appearances and take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
  • Draft motions for summary judgment and have 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong research abilities and written and oral communication skills.
