We are seeking a skilled Youth Behavior Coach to join our team at Clarvida, LLC. As a Youth Behavior Coach, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children who are experiencing severe emotional disturbance, helping them navigate the challenges of their family changes.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor children and youth to develop coping skills and behavior modification strategies
- Teach socialization skills and explore personal and academic goals
- Provide support and guidance to children and families in a home-based setting
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated skills working with children and adults
- Ability to work constructively with clients and service providers
- Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) certification
- Experience working with high-risk children and youth (preferred)
- Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
