About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Youth Behavior Coach to join our team at Clarvida, LLC. As a Youth Behavior Coach, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children who are experiencing severe emotional disturbance, helping them navigate the challenges of their family changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor children and youth to develop coping skills and behavior modification strategies
  • Teach socialization skills and explore personal and academic goals
  • Provide support and guidance to children and families in a home-based setting
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated skills working with children and adults
  • Ability to work constructively with clients and service providers
  • Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) certification
  • Experience working with high-risk children and youth (preferred)
  • Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
