Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees all facets of in-store operations within the designated location, which includes staffing, scheduling, customer engagement, sales performance, merchandising, and inventory oversight.
  • Cultivates and maintains essential relationships with senior management and field leadership.
  • Promotes effective communication and collaboration with the in-store team and field leadership to ensure alignment with all directives.
  • Enhances employee satisfaction through proactive engagement initiatives.
  • Drives performance in-store to meet all sales and customer service targets.
Leadership and Decision-Making Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with senior management and field sales leaders to fulfill company objectives.
  • Engages in regular leadership meetings to discuss store performance and strategies.
  • Provides consistent updates and reports to senior management regarding store operations.
  • Participates in all required training programs and ensures that all store employees are adequately trained at all times.
  • Offers insights on current store performance, formulates action plans for future improvements, and ensures the execution of those plans.
  • Directly mentors and trains sales representatives within the store environment.
