Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at SAS Retail Services. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our retail operations, including maintaining authorizations, pulling and analyzing reports, and training employees on planogram and schematic analyst understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CORE Management in maintaining authorizations within the Retail database.
  • Pull and analyze reports from the Retail database to inform business decisions.
  • Train employees on planogram and schematic analyst understanding to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead the team with initiative and integrity, prioritizing tasks and adapting to a changing work environment.
  • Stock and reset product on store shelving as needed, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Schedule hotel bookings and make travel arrangements for the team, ensuring seamless execution of business trips.
  • Work directly with Retail Sales Associates to support Management's objectives, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain Trackers for various functions within CORE on the Connects Website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Print and collate mailings for Retail Sales Associates as needed, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or retail environment.
  • Prior industry experience preferred (i.e., retail sales and marketing, etc.).
  • Prior project coordinator experience a plus.
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Access skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and four, 10-hour day shifts or more consecutively.
  • Ability to travel when required (local and out of town/state).
  • Complete understanding of retail reporting systems, including inputting information and pulling reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and deal professionally with associates, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle a variety of tasks at one time, and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
