As an Aqua-Tots Water Safety Instructor (AT-WSI), you will play a crucial role in delivering swim lessons that align with our brand's high standards.

Working closely with the General Manager and Aquatics Team, you will provide swim instruction that emphasizes safety and skill development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote water safety and prevent drownings by providing exceptional instruction to children and adults.

  • Stay informed about the school's Emergency Action Plan and report any safety issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A genuine love for working with children and families

  • Basic swimming knowledge and comfort in aquatic environments

Work Schedule:

  • 2-3 teaching shifts per week
  • Consistent schedule
  • Flexible hours accommodating students of various ages

We welcome lifeguards, swim instructors, coaches, and educators, and provide training for those without prior experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
