Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Aquatic Staff Member to join our team at Aqua Tots Swim School - Norwood.

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and fun environment, where you will be responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe pool environment
  • Ensuring the safety of all swimmers
  • Communicating effectively with all staff and members
  • Handling customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
  • Reporting to manager if complaints are unresolved
  • Leading by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
