About the Position

As a Community Engagement & Resources Coordinator at William James College, Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, enhancing referral services, and supporting program participants. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to promoting the well-being of underserved populations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the CWD and community-based programs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for community forums, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of referrals to community-based resources, ensuring timely and effective support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An associate degree in human services, psychology, or a related field; or a minimum of one year of work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build strong partnerships.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and other web-based tools.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
