  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve guest issues with attentive and effective service recovery.
  • Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.
  • Primarily standing for the majority of the shift.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Preferred: One year of experience in hotel front desk operations.
  • Required: One year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing role.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
