As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing luggage assistance, escorting guests to their accommodations, and ensuring seamless operations during arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier service to guests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, promptly responding to their requests and ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding area
  • Retrieve and load guest items to and from cars, busses, vans, and carts
  • Escort guests to their accommodations, visually inspect the room, and highlight its features and the room compendium for their convenience
  • Manage stored luggage by tagging bags and providing guests with corresponding claim tickets, while ensuring luggage is securely organized in designated areas for safekeeping
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Physical Demands:

  • Grasp, lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to load and unload luggage
  • Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances at the hotel

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • No experience is required, but prior Driver, Hospitality, Bell Person, or Door Person experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
