Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will work closely with our clients to provide individualized support and services to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide social work services to students in a school-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student behavior and academic success
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Valid Social Worker credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Social Worker within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
