Responsabilidad Supervisora:
Supervisa al equipo de rehabilitación del programa de acuerdo con las políticas de la organización y las leyes aplicables, fomentando una cultura de responsabilidad, profesionalismo y crecimiento espiritual.
Requisitos Físicos:
Requiere habilidades de habla, audición, visión y destreza manual para el uso de computadoras. Puede implicar levantar, tirar y empujar hasta 20 libras.
Viajes:
Se requiere algo de viaje local para establecer redes y asociaciones. Ocasionalmente, viajes fuera de la ciudad para capacitación o eventos.
Condiciones de Trabajo:
• Principalmente basado en oficina con visitas ocasionales a almacenes o tiendas. Se requieren zapatos cerrados con suelas de goma para visitas a almacenes.
• Mantener flexibilidad para trabajar por las noches, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario para garantizar la continuidad y la capacidad de respuesta del programa.
