Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree with 15 years or more of relevant experience; a master’s degree with 13 years or more of experience is preferred.

· Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, understandable, and visual messages.

· Demonstrated critical thinking skills to resolve issues with innovative and effective solutions.

· Proven ability to cultivate relationships within the organization to become a trusted advisor.

· Capability to work independently and influence as an individual contributor.

· High standards and commitment to delivering quality communications.

· Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, showcasing speed, flexibility, and adaptability under pressure.

· A solid track record of delivering data-driven marketing insights.

  • Content and Web Analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and email automation
  • Organic and Paid Social Analytics (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Web & SEO Analytics (Google Analytics, SEM Rush)
  • Reporting/Data Visualization (PowerBI, Looker Studio)
  • Sentiment and Media Analytics (Muck Rack)
  • Experience with marketing project management tools for campaign planning

Compensation: Target salary range is $120,001 - $160,000, reflecting the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
