Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Marketing Manager to join our Epilepsy division. This role will focus on the management and optimization of digital marketing platforms and initiatives across the customer lifecycle to support business growth strategies.

The successful candidate will have expertise in multichannel marketing, digital lead generation, and digital optimization, with a strong technical and data management skillset. They will analyze campaign data, generate insights, and work closely with brand marketing teams to propose and deliver actions to support business objectives.

This is a critical role that will impact the strategy execution of the Epilepsy division, driving key financial objectives and contributing to the development of governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics
  • Manage and administer customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations
  • Identify and share best practices, and support digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards across the full customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan and commercial operating plan
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies
  • Establish strong relationships across the matrix organization with a goal of becoming the point of contact for digital support requests
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with the commercial operating plan
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects
Requirements
