Champion of Patient Rehabilitation and Recovery

As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to address patient, staff, and hospital needs.
- Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment required.
- CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy.
- Demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
- Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers required.
