Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee patient care at our facility. This role involves directing and motivating nursing staff, ensuring effective communication with residents, family members, and all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate implementation of orders and optimal resident outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes
Requirements:
  • A valid RN state license and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Salary:

$62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
