Job Summary

You will manage the day-to-day operations to drive excellent customer service and sales in a territory in a soft washing business.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer care claims in your territory.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Resolve roof warranty claims onsite.
  • Deliver onsite proposals and consultations.
  • Operate the company vehicle in an admirable way, representing the company well.
  • Grow a territory and maintain its growth.
  • Participate in and set up all company tradeshows.
  • Manage operations and scheduling.
  • Administer and grow referral partner relationships.
  • Execute the company's marketing plan.
  • Operate within the company's business system.
  • Maintain the sales vehicle to company standard.
  • Follow up with quotes that were not closed.
  • Establish and participate in local leads groups to develop relationships for lead creation.
  • Maintain customer information and data input into the company CRM.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an operations manager in the Home Services environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Lead others effectively.
  • Understand how to achieve production goals.
  • Follow up with quotes that were not closed.
  • Attend and participate in company promotional or social events.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in computer programs such as: word, excel, CRM.
  • Present a company's benefits and close a sale.
  • Perform onsite proposals and consultations.
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing.
Compensation

$55, $82,500.00 per year
