Position Summary:

The Brand Marketing Lead will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, boosting sales, and expanding market presence for our beverage offerings. This role demands a combination of innovative thinking, strategic planning, and practical implementation to effectively engage our target market and support our organizational objectives.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies in collaboration with advertising partners to promote our beverage lines, focusing on brand positioning, digital outreach, social media engagement, and traditional marketing efforts.

Content Development: Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our corporate website. Work alongside marketing agencies to develop promotional materials and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives while crafting localized campaigns. Organize and participate in local promotional shoots and recordings.

Event Coordination: Plan and oversee events such as product unveilings, trade exhibitions, internal gatherings, and promotional activities. Manage logistics, marketing collateral, and engagement strategies to optimize event impact.

Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales department to deliver marketing support, including the creation of sales materials, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing strategies.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms. Monitor brand perception and manage customer feedback and inquiries effectively.

Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, track spending, and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Performance Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the success of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators and analytics tools. Prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beverage sector or a comparable industry.

Proficient understanding of digital marketing, social media channels, and content creation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

A creative approach with the capacity for strategic thought and effective execution.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in graphic design is preferred.
