Brand Marketing Strategist

Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, boosting sales, and expanding market presence for our beverage line. This role demands a unique combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and practical execution to effectively engage our target demographic and align with our corporate objectives.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evening and weekend commitments for events.
Key Duties:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies in collaboration with advertising partners to promote our beverage offerings, focusing on brand positioning, digital outreach, social media engagement, and traditional marketing efforts.
Content Development: Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our corporate website. Work alongside marketing agencies to design promotional materials and campaign resources, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate initiatives while launching localized campaigns. Organize and participate in regional promotional shoots and recordings.
Event Coordination: Plan and oversee events such as product unveilings, trade exhibitions, internal gatherings, and promotional activities. Manage logistics, marketing collateral, and engagement strategies to maximize event effectiveness.
Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales department to deliver marketing assistance, including the creation of sales materials, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing strategies.
Brand Oversight: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms. Monitor brand reputation and address customer feedback and inquiries effectively.
Financial Oversight: Formulate and oversee the marketing budget, monitor spending, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators and analytical tools. Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beverage sector or a comparable industry.
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing, social media channels, and content creation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
