Senior Project Management Office Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Office Lead to join our team at Mindteck. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track project deliverables and timelines, and coordinate with team members and stakeholders to report, escalate, and complete action items, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure timely communication to team members and stakeholders, and proactively identify challenges to work with stakeholders and leadership to prioritize adjustments.
  • Support the team with project governance by adhering to and enforcing project compliance standards and processes.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc project management reports for leadership as required, and ensure quality of reports meets internal and client standards.
  • Capture, publish, and maintain minutes of meetings, report progress and health of projects, and status reporting of milestones and deliverables, project risks and issues, change control boards, etc.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills.
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
  • Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe.
Preferred Skills:
  • Trello or JIRA experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce for project finance tracking.
