Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide direct speech therapy to students with a range of communication challenges. Your expertise will be essential in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address each student\u0027s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy to students with a range of communication challenges
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address each student\u0027s needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input to set realistic and impactful goals
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
