Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions to students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address each student's unique requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for students
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input to set realistic and impactful goals for students
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
