  5. Effective Communication: Foster strong communication with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure cohesive support for students.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with children

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in special education, particularly with moderate to severe behaviors
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • CPR and First Aid certification
