Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Education and Behavior Tutor to provide individualized support to clients in various settings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, their parents, and our experienced professionals to develop and implement personalized education and behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Implement behavior and academic plans in a supportive and therapeutic environment, promoting positive outcomes and progress.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to document client progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain a highly organized and consistent approach to working with clients, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from supervisors to continuously improve your practice.

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to working with children and adolescents with autism, learning disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
