We are currently in search of a skilled Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team.

Role Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for identifying and nurturing talent, an extensive knowledge of the hospitality sector, and a successful history of developing and executing impactful talent initiatives for employees across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational objectives and promote employee growth.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of talent programs to assess their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including researching and implementing innovative sourcing techniques, assessing candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with applicant tracking systems and relevant business regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams, the HR Director, and the Director of Operations to devise a strategic plan for addressing current and future staffing needs.
  • Engage proactively with passive candidates to cultivate a strong external talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify talent development requirements and create tailored development plans.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to implement these initiatives effectively.
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and foster relationships with corporate leadership and operational teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: This role typically involves a standard office environment. The individual must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and frequently operate office equipment. Occasional movement within the office may be required, including the ability to lift items weighing between 10-25 pounds. Close vision is necessary for this position.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Background in Talent Development is preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume operations, particularly within the hospitality or restaurant sectors.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs within the hospitality industry.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality operations and their specific talent development needs.
  • Ability to respond promptly to urgent business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
