Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Engineer to join our team. As a Survey Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project mobilization and demobilization
  • Hydrographic data collection
  • Topographic data collection
  • Survey data organization and processing
  • Project planning and setup
  • Internal production monitoring, analyzing, and reporting
  • Care, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned equipment
  • Calculation of air emissions, water quality, turbidity monitoring, and oxygen levels
  • Dredge support as needed such as retrieving parts/supplies

Requirements

  • Open water experience
  • Ability to drive company vehicle with equipment in tow
  • Ability to operate, launch, and retrieve small survey vessel
  • Good record-keeping skills
  • Ability to abide by and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Ability to comply with safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work away from home at remote project locations for extended durations
