The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of marine construction projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert advice on marine construction solutions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate project logistics, including equipment procurement and personnel deployment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project execution, ensure compliance with regulations, and address any operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, construction management, or marine science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine construction or related field, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Able to travel extensively for project-related activities.

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
