Parking Ambassador Job Summary

As a Parking Ambassador at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for monitoring parking areas and providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient use of space and minimize congestion
  • Provide clear and concise directions to team members and customers, utilizing wayfinding skills to ensure smooth navigation
  • Utilize software and technologies to monitor and manage the client team member parking program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
