Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Ardent Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business operations and HR practices, providing strategic guidance to department leaders, and driving results-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to directors and above, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business objectives and support goals through the effective application of talent and performance management practices.
- Collaborate with COE teams to deliver value-added service to management and employees, reflecting the business objectives of the facility, market, and region.
- Lead annual Talent Review (9-Box) and Succession Planning processes for client groups, assessing talent and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, driving continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
- BA/BS required, with 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including supporting directors and above.
- SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current Human Resources practices, principles, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with leaders to drive business outcomes.
