As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that drive business results and support our mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, selection, employee relations, and performance management
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
- Manage the HR budget and ensure effective use of resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 10 years of human resources experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive business results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $105,000
