Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, selection, employee relations, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure effective use of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of human resources experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
