Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival
- Conduct informative tours of the sales area
- Provide guests with details about promotions and relevant information
- Assist in maintaining office documents and administrative tasks
- Manage the central phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to the Point of Sale system
- Address customer inquiries in person, electronically, and via phone, redirecting as necessary
- Ensure the proper operation of store equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Receive, unpack, and restock products
- Organize and display new inventory
- Handle invoices and participate in inventory checks
- Update promotional materials and special offers
- Respond to customer reviews with managerial approval
- Manage inventory of store supplies
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
- Comply with all regulatory standards
- Assist with store layout changes
- Prepare and package products in accordance with regulations
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Employee Conduct:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:

- Frequent use of technology, including computers and cash registers
- Regular maintenance tasks such as sweeping and restocking
- Comfortable using ladders
Work Schedule:
- Available for full-time or part-time work
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- Work hours may vary throughout the week
- Occasional overnight shifts may be required
- Schedules may change based on business needs
