Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and leadership in communication and fellowship coordination. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee office and facility management, including vendor and contractor relations, digital service coordination, and office organization.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and visitors.
- Arrange travel logistics for volunteers, directors, and donors.
- Manage the organization's volunteer program.
- Serve as the primary contact for devotees and the public.
- Facilitate event registration and outreach for both online and in-person gatherings.
- Coordinate and plan events effectively.
- Integrate data from various online platforms utilized by the organization.
- Maintain the schedule of appointments for the monastics.
- Oversee the management of publication sales through digital platforms.
- Keep detailed records of packages and shipments.
- Coordinate the digital organization and filing of various documents.

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of the organization's CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate on special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
- Support the implementation of organizational policies.
- Aid the accounting team with compliance filings.

Qualification Requirements & Preferences:
- Administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within a nonprofit.
- A Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional experience is highly recommended.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Eagerness to learn new software platforms.
- Must seek a spiritual environment for personal growth.
- Skills in event planning and coordination are essential.
- A professional, cooperative team player is required.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills are necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are important.
- Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills are expected.
- Must possess a vehicle and automobile insurance.
- US citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
