The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for expanding our customer base, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


The Account Manager will be the primary business contact for clients, providing expert knowledge and support to meet their needs. They will also be responsible for representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Additionally, they will build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Develops and grows business relationships with prospective and established customers in the assigned accounts to generate business opportunities for the organization's services and/or products.
  • Responsible for expanding our customer base by frequently contacting current and potential customers to sell equipment, and promote rentals as well as product support.
  • Maintains continuous knowledge of products and identifies potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the product. Understands company products and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer.
  • Actively promotes company's services by establishing credibility and responsiveness in the assigned accounts.
  • Initiate communications, in-person visits and presentations to customers; existing and potential.
