About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Dollywood Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods for our guests and ensuring a clean and sanitary culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and decorate high-quality bakery items, including homemade breads, doughs, biscuits, muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, croissants, and danishes.
  • Check with the Sous Chef for daily objectives and ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations.
  • Clean and organize workstations, maintaining a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
  • Perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Sous Chef, including production and banquet plating.
  • Ensure assigned workstations have proper levels of par stocks and supplies according to daily menus and banquets.
  • Lead and participate in daily line-ups.
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain Food handler certification.
  • Previous culinary experience required.
  • Skilled with cooking and baking various types of food/dishes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
