Baker Position

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Compass Group Careers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications. This includes baking breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary, as well as assisting in production planning to meet daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of baked goods to meet production specifications.
• Assist in production planning to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Interact with customers and resolve any complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
