About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be responsible for performing sub-assemblies and final assemblies with precision, inspecting your own work and that of others, and using a microscope or magnifying glass for detailed tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies with precision
  • Inspect your own work and that of others
  • Use a microscope or magnifying glass for detailed tasks
  • Follow procedures and document your work according to GMP processes
  • Assist in packaging final goods
  • Stay up-to-date with online training in the Quality Management System

Skills and Requirements:

  • Hard Skills:
    • Experience in a regulated environment
    • Proficiency in working with a microscope
    • Experience in precise assembly
    • Minimum 6 months of experience working with a microscope
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong hand-eye coordination
    • Hand dexterity
    • Willingness to follow procedures and document work
    • Willingness to learn and adapt
