**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Assembly Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Cleanroom Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for performing sub-assemblies and final assemblies with precision in a regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assembly Tasks: Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies with precision.
  • Inspection: Inspect your own work and that of others.
  • Microscope Work: Use a microscope or magnifying glass for detailed tasks.
  • Documentation: Follow procedures and document your work according to GMP processes.
  • Packaging: Assist in packaging final goods.
  • Training: Stay up-to-date with online training in the Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • Hard Skills:
    • Experience in a regulated environment
    • Proficiency in working with a microscope
    • Experience in precise assembly
    • Minimum 6 months of experience working with a microscope
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong hand-eye coordination
    • Hand dexterity
    • Willingness to follow procedures and document work
    • Willingness to learn and adapt

Work Environment:

As a Cleanroom Assembly Specialist, you will work in a cleanroom environment as part of a small team with varying work cells. You will be responsible for following procedures and documenting your work according to GMP processes.
