The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding customers through their automotive parts selections, ensuring precise order processing, and providing outstanding customer service within our Parts Department. If you have a keen interest in automotive components and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Primary Duties:
- Assist clients in identifying the appropriate parts for their vehicle requirements
- Communicate pricing details and manage inquiries regarding back-ordered items
- Examine Body Shop estimates and accurately process orders
- Ensure order precision and deliver exemplary service to clients
- Facilitate a smooth flow of materials within the supply chain
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Capability to lift weights up to 100 pounds and remain on foot for extended durations
- Strong collaborative and independent working abilities
- Basic mathematical skills
- Prior experience in parts sales is advantageous
