Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Administration Assistant at DTX Automotive, a specialized Ford auto repair shop in Dallas, Texas. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including managing accounts receivable, supporting service advisors and the manager, greeting and following up with customers, and handling weekly invoicing. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between the owner and the operations manager.Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage accounts receivable and understand financials.
  • Provide support to service advisors and the manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Greet and follow up with customers, providing a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Handle weekly tasks, including paying bills, making deposits, and ordering supplies.
  • Act as a crucial link between the owner and operations manager, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
Sales and PresentationThe role includes selling and presenting recommendations from technicians to customers, as well as ordering parts and negotiating prices with vendors. You will be responsible for showcasing your ability to navigate the procurement process effectively and undergo self-development training and specialized automotive sales training to enhance your skills in these areas.Job Type and BenefitsThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
