Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor for our formal wear establishment. This role is essential in managing our tuxedo and suit rental and sales operations. Our store caters to clients preparing for significant occasions such as weddings, proms, and formal events, and we aim to provide exceptional service to meet their formal wear needs.

As a Store Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating and registering events for clients
  2. Assisting clients with fittings for their special occasions
  3. Confirming and verifying customer orders
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction with their selections
  6. Overseeing the timely return of rental items
  7. Managing cash register operations and preparing bank deposits
  8. Representing the store at industry events
  9. Ensuring the store operates during business hours
  10. Committing to a full-time schedule, including weekends.

Comprehensive training will be provided at our main office, where you will learn our operational systems and procedures. We will also offer guidance on client fittings, so prior experience is not mandatory.
